Paint Palpitations!

So here goes:

This is my living room in August 2007:

It desperately needs a makeover and at that time I was moving the furniture around to get an idea of placement for new furniture. It also needs to be painted so I started putting paint swatches on the walls. The feature of the room is the picture window with the cherry stained trim. The paint color needs to actually like the cherry stained trim. That's the dilemma.

This was last August so I can't even remember what color the paint swatches are:

Well I couldn't make a decision so I turned to working on the porch. Then in the winter, I painted the master bedroom.

Here I am almost a year later, July 2008:

Under the two paint colors above is Benjamin Moore Atrium White which I thought maybe I would go with but my painter said, "No, no white."

Here's another photo of my trim and some of the wood furniture:

So if anyone has any ideas about where I should go with this, it would be greatly appreciated by all of my family members!

Colonial Encampment & Muster

We made our bi weekly trip to the Coventry Regional Farmer's Market this cloudy Sunday morning. We try to get there before the cow bell rings which indicates to the vendors they can start selling their wares and veggies. :) This Sunday, the Farmer's Market was situated under the Deacon Hale's Holy Grove of Ancient Maples while the Nathan Hale Homestead held their annual Colonial Encampment & Muster.

I am using my Nikon D-40 and am a newbie.

Here are two photos from the farmer's market several weeks ago. It was crowded so I didn't get in close to the vendors. The Kettle Corn is out of this world.

Love this orchard!!!!

Oh boy!! I really love this time of year when the apple orchard stands open. We went to our favorite local apple stand and bought native vegetables. What a joy! I was thinking fresh apple crisp, warmed baked apple pie and the taste of fresh pressed apple cider.

Here's the stand.
